Shipping & returns

SlipDaddys is still getting set up, so treat this as a working version. The final rates and windows will be confirmed here before we start taking orders.

Shipping

We post Australia-wide, and we keep it simple.

How long it takes

  • Slipmats, accessories and merch are in stock and ready to go. We aim to post within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Spinners are printed to order. Each one gets printed and balance-checked before it ships, so add a few days on top. We'll always give you a realistic window at checkout.

Once it's posted, standard delivery within Australia usually lands in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. Express is quicker.

What it costs

Worked out at checkout based on where it's going. No surprises before you pay.

Gift orders

Buying for a dad far away? We post straight to him, and a gift note is free. Just add it at checkout. We won't put a price anywhere in the parcel.

International

We can post outside Australia to some countries. Times and costs vary, and any import duties or taxes at the other end are the customer's to sort.

Seasonal cut-offs

Around Father's Day and Christmas we put the last-order date up on the site. Get your order in by then and we'll have it there in time. After the cut-off we'll still post quick, but we can't promise it lands by the day.

Returns & exchanges

We want you happy with it. If something's not right, talk to us, we're easy to deal with.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind on a stock item (slipmats, accessories, merch), you can return it within 30 days as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Pop us a line first so we know it's coming. Return postage is on the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Made-to-order spinners

Because each spinner is printed just for you, we can't take it back for change of mind. What we can do is sort you out fast if it turns up faulty or damaged. See below.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

This is the important bit, and it's covered by Australian Consumer Law regardless of anything above. If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or it's just not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of it landing with a photo and your order number. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return postage. No fuss.

Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
